Lakeview Midway Public Water Authority offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs. Our Office Hours are Monday to Friday 8am-3:30pm.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash or checks. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment By Telephone
You can pay by telephone at (855)-483-5729. You will need your account number and Identification Code 7264211.
Pay Your Bill Online
Simply click on the blue "Pay Your Bill Online" button and follow the prompts. You will be charged a convenience fee for these services. To make sure your payment is received by the 15th you need to make any online or telephone payments by midnight on the 14th.

Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. We offer this option to you at no charge. To set up Automatic Bank Draft , simply download and fill out the Automatic Bank Draft Form located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check. We will take care of the rest. The draft occurs on the 15th of each month or if the 15th falls on a holiday or weekend it will be taken out on the Friday before. You never have to worry about paying on time.

For after hours payment, please utilize our drop slot located in our drive through at the side of our building.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
Water bills are mailed on the first day of the month. The bill is due by the 15th of the month. After the 15th there is a 10% late fee. This allows for a 10 day grace period. The last day to pay the bill is the 25th of the month.
All bills not paid by the 25th are subject to disconnection on the 26th or any day thereafter. If your service is disconnected, it will cost $70 plus the past due water bill to be reconnected. Hours for reconnection are 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Monday thru Friday only.
There will be a $50.00 NSF check fee for any returned checks or auto draft payments.
